A native Phoenician, Monique Headley is used to the heat. She graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in Microbiology before deciding to forego her PhD program and viruses to dabble in corporate America. Writing was always a goal, but it wasn't until her thirtieth birthday and a move to Chicago that she put aside her fears and sat down to plot her first story. She’s now written multiple award-winning stories, two of which were honored as Romance Writers of America® Golden Heart® finalists. Now living in Denver, she's an author of romantic suspense and gripping, psychological thrillers.
